For multi-guest events, display the number of spots available/remaining for booking for time slots.

Allow better customization for emails like adding images, videos, etc.

Enable users to set a follow-up time window to trigger and send email reminders to existing clients. For example: "It's been a year since your last appointment!

For example, if guests can drop in a space anytime between 8am to 5pm. Instead having the guests select a specific time slot, once they select a day, they immediately land on the intake form.

E.g. Taking a $200 deposit for a $600 service. Then charge the remaining amount later on.

Would be good to follow up with people post event, looks like the current 'reminder' type would be easy to use, just need to code in some 'after event ends' options in the drop downs and make them send based on the end of the event. Wanting to use it for asking for reviews, feedback, etc.

Embed a video on the main booking page to welcome booking guests.

Add notes for bookings on the CozyCal calendar
